Implement safe and efficient work methods
Develop manufacturing ranges and determine standard times
Write and optimize work instructions
Work closely with operators to ensure methods are applied
Observe, analyze, and propose concrete improvements
Participate in the production launch of new products and the improvement of existing products

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

DEC in mechanical engineering (or equivalent training)
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of the Office suite
Strong mechanical aptitude
Analytical skills and practical sense

Knowledge of manufacturing processes (laser, welding, painting) and assembly processes (pressing, bolting, etc.)
