Summary

Virden Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. We are currently accepting applications for Apprentice (all levels) and Journeyperson Plumbers and HVAC technicians.

What You'll Do

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems
Diagnose plumbing and HVAC issues recommending effective solutions
Complete service calls and construction projects efficiently and professionally
Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, suppliers and management
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)

Qualifications

Apprentice Plumber/Sheetmetal Technicians

Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Journeyperson Plumber/Sheetmetal Technicians

Red Seal or Journeyperson Plumbing OR Sheetmetal Certification
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and mentor apprentices
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
