Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for our Inside Sales and Administration position. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Hitech Communications Ltd is a leading provider of wireless voice, video, and data solutions with over 30 years of industry experience. We are proud to partner with top brands in the field, including Geotab, Motorola, Avigilon, JVCKenwood, and ICOM. With five branches across Atlantic Canada, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.

Duties

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, directing calls as necessary.
Provide quotations to clients in person and via email, and follow up on those quotations.
Support our Account Managers by helping them fill orders, and let customers know when products have arrived.
Greet customers at our store and help them fill and retrieve orders.
Shipping & Receiving stock from vendors and bringing to our upstairs inventory room.
Manage shipping and receiving of packages for other branches and client locations.
Responsible for maintaining the required inventory stock.
Responsible for keeping a clean and oraganized office frontage, and making sure we are stocked on office & cleaning supplies.
Various administrative duties such as RMAs, posting cheques, etc.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with a CRM software and/or Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
