Job Summary

Pike Lake Golf Centre Ltd. is looking for an organized, customer-focused Front Office Administrator & Reception. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Support front desk operations, customer inquiries, and administrative transactions.
Receive, coordinate, and monitor customer work orders from start to completion.
Manage campground reservations, guest communications, payments, and check-in documentation.
Coordinate campground communications, newsletters, website updates, and event calendars.
Enter vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable and month-end administrative tasks.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate office and financial records.
Order office supplies and coordinate general office purchasing.
Support compliance reporting, including water log administration and bi-weekly reporting.
Coordinate daily tasks for seasonal office staff and assist with onboarding and training

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
Experience with accounts payable and general accounting functions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Previous experience in a campground, hospitality, recreational, or service-based environment is an asset.
Supervisory or team coordination experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Clifford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Administrative: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
