Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor to join our fitness team. In this role, you will inspire and guide clients of all fitness levels through personalized training sessions and engaging group classes. Your passion for health and wellness, combined with excellent teaching skills, will help members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ lives while fostering a motivating and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals
Lead group fitness classes such as cardio, strength training, yoga, or specialty classes with enthusiasm and professionalism
Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels
Motivate clients during workouts to ensure safety, engagement, and maximum results
Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly to meet evolving goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants
Stay current with industry trends and certifications to enhance training techniques and class offerings
Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages member retention and satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants
Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly demonstrate exercises and techniques
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Prior experience working with clients of varying ages and fitness levels is a plus

NOTE: This is an independent contractor position being paid per class / personal training session. We are currently looking for someone for Friday evening class 5PM & 6PM, but many more opportunities for more classes or filling in!

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
