Our areas of expertise are in rubber molding, material development, engineering, injection molding and over molding.
We were purchased by Starlim Sterner in 2011, market leaders in Silicone Liquid Injection Molding, with the head office in Austria and a manufacturing plant in London Ontario. With the ability to offer rubber and silicone under one company we can expect exceptional growth for the future.

Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team by developing high-quality content, coordinating marketing activities, and enhancing commercial effectiveness. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining sales enablement tools, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring consistent, professional messaging across all customer-facing materials. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, manage marketing campaigns and content platforms, and support data accuracy within CRM systems—helping drive engagement, improve conversion, and support overall business growth.
Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 annually
Objectives
- Provide hands-on marketing and sales enablement support to the Sales and Marketing team, with focus on content development, campaign execution, lead management support, and commercial effectiveness.
- Project a professional and technically credible company image through clear, accurate, and consistent communication across digital, print, and customer-facing materials.
- Improve commercial effectiveness by developing and maintaining high-quality sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, case studies, application briefs, technical collateral, and customer-facing documents) that support consultative selling.
- Support revenue growth by coordinating marketing activities that generate qualified leads, strengthen engagement in target accounts/segments, and improve conversion through better messaging and follow-up.
- Reduce administrative and execution burden on the VP Sales & Marketing by owning day-to-day marketing coordination, content updates, campaign support, event execution, and reporting.
Responsibilities
a. Main Tasks
- Develop, format, and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, capability sheets, application briefs, case studies, product sheets, and customer-facing documents.
- Support the development of technical product/application messaging by working with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to translate technical features and process capabilities into clear customer value and application-specific benefits.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities that support business development and account growth, including email campaigns, Linkedln content, target-account outreach support, and follow-up materials.
- Maintain and update website content, including product/application pages, landing pages, forms, and downloadable resources, in alignment with company priorities and brand standards.
- Support new product/material launch and go-to-market execution activities, including launch timelines, content coordination, internal reviews/approvals, and sales communication tools.
- Maintain and manage the sales enablement content library, ensuring presentations, case studies, technical collateral, and customer-facing tools are current, accurate, version-controlled, and accessible to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Sales team and BDM/KAMs to support target-account and segment-specific marketing activities, including account-based campaigns, tailored content packages, and meeting support materials.
- Support lead management and CRM data quality by coordinating marketing-generated leads, maintaining lead/contact records, supporting lead routing and follow-up tracking, and ensuring activity is documented accurately.
- Track, prepare, and report marketing and sales enablement performance metrics, including campaign execution, lead activity, funnel conversion support, content output, website inquiry activity, and event follow-up results; provide regular summary reports to the VP Sales & Marketing.
- Support trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events by coordinating collateral, booth materials, samples, presentations, lead capture tools, and post-event follow-up documentation/reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors (e.g., graphic designers, printers, web developers, photographers, trade show suppliers) to support timely execution of marketing initiatives and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Support competitive and market intelligence activities by gathering and organizing competitor information, market observations, and customer feedback to support sales planning, messaging updates, and commercial priorities.
b. General Tasks (if relevant)
- Create and modify marketing and sales documents using Adobe, Microsoft and common Al applications and approved company templates. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for all marketing and sales enablement materials in accordance with company standards.
- Provide backup support for other sales and marketing team members during holidays or absenteeism, as required.
- Support sales and marketing administrative activities as needed, including document preparation, meeting coordination, travel/event logistics, and internal follow-up.
Qualifications/ Requirements/ Competencies
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, technical marketing, sales enablement, or a related role (manufacturing or technical industry experience preferred).
- Experience developing customer-facing marketing materials and coordinating campaigns in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting product/application launches and sales enablement activities is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent), including lead/contact management, campaign coordination, and basic reporting, is strongly preferred.
- Experience updating website content using a CMS (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or equivalent), including landing pages and forms, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, and basic video editing) for creation and editing of marketing and sales materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with website and digital reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Search Console) is an asset.
- Practical familiarity with Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) for drafting, research support, and content development is an asset, with strong judgment and review for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors is an asset.
