What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing & Fulfillment Technician, you'll work alongside a skilled team to build and prepare our premium products while helping ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities include:

Building and assembling handcrafted cedar hot tubs

Manufacturing and assembling insulated hot tub covers

Preparing spa packs and accessory components
-
Packaging completed products for shipment
-
Shipping and receiving materials and inventory
-
Assisting with warehouse organization and general facility maintenance

Providing occasional customer support when required

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Performing other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team members who are reliable, positive, and take pride in producing quality work.
Ideal qualifications include:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, construction, or general labour experience considered an asset

Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Strong verbal communication skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
