Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Professional Mover to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with moving their belongings efficiently and safely, ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and experience in moving or warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and customer service are paramount.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household or commercial items during moves
Operate equipment such as forklifts when necessary to handle heavy or bulky items
Transport items to designated locations using appropriate moving techniques and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients throughout the moving process
Ensure all items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit
Assist with packing, wrapping, and protecting belongings as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving trucks and equipment before and after each job
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries or accidents during physical tasks

Qualifications

Previous experience in moving, warehouse work, or commercial driving is preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients
Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not required; training may be provided
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward helping clients during stressful transitions
Valid driver’s license is desirable for roles involving commercial driving responsibilities
Physical stamina and endurance to handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
