Job Summary:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Seasonal CSR supports the management team by contributing to the store's sales while delivering a high level of customer service. This role assists the store management team and their staff in maintaining store operations while realizing the Laura Secord vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the management team in achieving sales targets.
Consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.
Provides the Manager with honest and constructive feedback.
Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
Follows merchandising guidelines and plans.
Complies with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve store objectives.
Supports the team by following company goals and new initiatives.
Other related tasks as required.
