Location: Primarily GTA / Durham Region (Hybrid/Onsite depending on role)

Expected Start: Future Opportunities

Contract Length: Typically 6–24 months (with strong likelihood of extension)

Job Description

Are you a field-focused leader who thrives in execution environments? Raise is building a pipeline of professionals to support construction, installation, and modification activities across large-scale projects.

What You’ll Work On

Lead field execution of projects and plant modifications
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site teams
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Support installation, commissioning, and turnover activities
Monitor progress and resolve field issues in real time
Provide updates and reporting to project leadership

Must-Have Skills

Experience in construction, field engineering, or commissioning
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Experience working in industrial or infrastructure environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in nuclear or regulated environments
Background in project management or engineering
