Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily front-desk operations at our clinic. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. This role is essential in creating a smooth and positive experience for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Process payments and issue receipts using clinic software
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support scheduling and patient flow
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and clinic upkeep
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous administrative or front-desk experience (medical or health clinic experience is an asset)
- Experience working with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims and documentation through HCAI is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
