HOTTUB HEAVEN is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on technical skills who wants to expand their knowledge, learn a specialized trade, and build a long-term career in the hot tub industry.
We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, comfortable working with tools, and able to handle the physical side of the job. Hot tub service can involve lifting heavy items, working outdoors, troubleshooting equipment, and getting into tight or small spaces to complete repairs.
No hot tub experience? That’s okay.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to take part in our Certified Training Program and work toward becoming a Certified Hot Tub Technician.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is:
- Technically minded and mechanically inclined
- Willing to learn and take training seriously
- Comfortable working in small/tight spaces
- Able to lift heavy items
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good with customers
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Interested in developing a specialized skill set
What you’ll learn:
- Hot tub repairs and diagnostics
- Plumbing, pumps, heaters, controls, and electrical components
- Water care and maintenance
- Delivery and installation support
- Customer service and service-call procedures
- Industry-specific technician certification
