Join Our Growing Real Estate Team!

We are an established real estate investment and property management company with 58 residential rental units across the West Island of Montreal.

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Renovator / Painter / General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We have consistent, year-round work and are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Apartment turnovers
Interior painting
Drywall installation and repairs
Flooring installation and repairs
Trim, doors and baseboards
Kitchen and bathroom repairs
Minor plumbing and electrical work (an asset)
General maintenance and repairs
Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and cleanliness

Requirements

Previous renovation and painting experience
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Own tools
Reliable, honest and punctual
Able to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Legally authorized to work in Canada
