What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and head pumps.
- Recommend repair or replacement solutions that put customer satisfaction first.
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Service Managers, and Parts Team to get the job done efficiently.
- Keep your service van, tools, and paperwork up-to-date and organized to ensure smooth service calls.
- Grow your skills through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship programs.
- Take initiative and bring a self-driven mindset contributing to FOX’s growing, dynamic work culture.
What You Bring
- HVAC Journeyperson, motivated Apprentice, or certification-ready candidate.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential HVAC systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, putting people first on every job.
- Customer-focused mindset, consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to safely occasionally lift 50 lbs.
- Self-driven, motivated, and ready to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic HVAC team.
