We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist for our office located in the town of Westlock, AB who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in providing quality services and products to our customers.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team working Reception. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and dedicated to quality work. Our ideal candidate is a reliable individual who works with integrity, is a resourceful problem solver, and must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience answering phones, talking with customers, and using a cash register and debit machine.

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Greeting customers at the front desk.
· Answering incoming calls – directing calls to the appropriate staff; answering general inquiries (telephone, e-mail, walk-in).
· Check, sort, and forward emails.
· Accounts Receivable – accept payments at the front desk, follow-up and liaise between staff and/or customers.
· Accounts Payable - including matching, printing, scanning & filing unpaid invoices.
· Data Entry – entering basic account information into Sage-50 software.
· Filing – Hardcopy filing, scanning & electronic filing of electronic documents and financial statements.
· Use & Maintenance of Office Equipment – Telephone system, photocopiers, scanners, PC (Windows), cash register, debit machine.
· Use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
· Ensure a calm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
· Work closely with office staff in reception, sales, and bookkeeping.
· Receive products, letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Coordinate shipping and maintain records related to order fulfillment across phone or digital sales.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Excellent typing skills.
· Technological expertise to perform tasks such as electronic filing, directory management, telephone system management, password protection, document formatting, etc.
· Ability to edit and compose business communications (i.e. letters, e-mails).
· Strong multitasking skills with a high degree of accuracy.
· High School diploma.
· Criminal Record Check.
The following skills are not mandatory, but would be an asset:
· Data entry experience.
· Accounting/bookkeeping experience.
· Previous industry experiences.
· First Aid Certification.
Expected Availability:
· Weekdays: Monday-Friday
· Time: 8am-4pm
