Profil recherché
Nous recherchons des candidats possédant un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en service, idéalement dans un restaurant haut de gamme, un steakhouse, un établissement de fine cuisine ou un environnement similaire.
La personne idéale est :
- Professionnelle, organisée et fiable
- Ponctuelle et toujours à l’heure
- Très attentive aux besoins de ses clients et à ce qui se passe dans la salle
- Capable d’anticiper les besoins des clients plutôt que d’attendre qu’on lui demande
- À l’aise dans un environnement rapide et exigeant
- Un excellent joueur d’équipe, qui comprend que la qualité du service dépend de la collaboration de tous
- Toujours prête à aider ses collègues lorsque nécessaire
- Capable de bien communiquer avec les serveurs, commis, hôtes/hôtesses, bartenders, gestionnaires et l’équipe de cuisine
- Disposée à apprendre et respecter les méthodes de service et les standards de Sterlings
- Ouverte aux commentaires, à la formation et à l’amélioration continue
- Capable de rester calme, organisée et professionnelle sous pression
- Connaisseuse ou intéressée à approfondir ses connaissances en viandes haut de gamme, fruits de mer, vins, cocktails et service de fine cuisine
- Soignée et professionnelle dans sa présentation
- Sérieuse dans son travail et à la recherche d’un poste stable à long terme

Chaque restaurant possède sa propre façon de travailler. Même les serveurs ayant beaucoup d’expérience seront formés sur notre menu, notre sélection de vins, nos étapes de service, nos standards ainsi que notre façon de travailler en équipe.

Sterlings Steakhouse is looking for experienced, professional, and motivated waiters and waitresses to join our team.
We are a well-established, high-end steakhouse known for premium steaks, seafood, fine wines, cocktails, and attentive professional service. Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of serving experience, ideally in a high-end, fine-dining, steakhouse, or similar restaurant environment.
