A willingness to engage in collaborative marketing, community networking, and ongoing professional/business development is essential.

Level Up Wellness Group is a dynamic private practice offering wrap-around emotional health and wellness services for individuals of all ages. Our current team includes psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, certified counsellors, and doctoral-level therapists, nurse practitioner, naturopaths and chiropractors, each specializing in areas such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, grief, OCD, root cause medicine, hormone health, women's health autism, and more.

The Role:
This is a progressive and autonomous position where you’ll have the freedom to deliver medical care with a trauma-informed lens. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal providers and external healthcare partners, playing a key role in our integrated model of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat previously undiagnosed patients within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe controlled drugs and substances as needed for emotional health and wellness.
- Provide both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for both physical and psychiatric conditions.
- Perform risk assessments, including emergency referrals and safety planning.
- Engage in collaborative care with physicians, psychiatrists, and allied professionals.
- Utilize a trauma-informed approach in every interaction.
- Use the systems and structures in place to develop your practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner, registered with CARNA (Family – All Ages).
- Strong background in mental health, women's health, addictions, and primary care.
- Natural leadership with clear communication and organizational skills.
- A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a drive to go above and beyond for clients.
- A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethics, and ongoing professional growth.
- This role can evolve into full-time if you are ambitious and work with our NP's to develop you reputation

- This is a split based contract 60-40 percent to the provider.
