About the Artist
Christine Newman will be taking on the name Kumbai Elementari Omega. She has extensive experience singing onstage from the age of 7. She is primarily a singer, but also plays Native American flute, tenor sax and djimbe drum. She is great at dancing and is also adept at conducting. She is a bronze medal drum major from the Drum Corps International World Championships. She has recorded some experimental music over the years. Now, she is ready to build a career out of music, which she has not yet tried before. It has been an ongoing hobby since childhood. Kumbai believes that her style of singing and harmonizing to music that she has never heard before will be a major selling point and makes her unique. She want to make ethereal music that puts people in pseudo-trances. She has previously recorded all her own music herself.

Location:
- British Columbia Canada, specifically the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky region including Squamish. If I am very successful, then I am willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and marketing plans, setting clear goals and milestones
- Negotiate contracts, review terms and deals on behalf of the artist
- Coordinate concerts, tours, and bookings
- Act as a liaison between the artist and record labels, and promoters
- Monitor and manage the artist’s financial affairs according to band revenue, include managing budgets, revenue streams and financial planning.
- Tracking income from performances, royalties and merchandise
- Manage the artist’s schedule, travel arrangements and event attendance
- Act as the artist’s spokesperson in public or media engagements when necessary.
Tasks:
- Build a band:
o Acoustic guitar
o Electric guitar
o Keyboardist
o Handpan player
o String player, cello or violin
o Drummer on drum set or ethnic drum like darbuka or doumbek
- Schedule performances

Compensation:
- 22% of revenue from performances and merchandise
- Prefer if this position was local
