Full job description

Whistler Reception & Property Care (WRPC) is a locally owned, community-focused business providing front desk and property management services for privately owned and rental properties throughout Whistler.

We operate three multi-functional front desks and are looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to join our growing team.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of WRPC—assisting guests, supporting homeowners, and helping ensure every stay runs smoothly. This is a dynamic role that blends hospitality, administration, and customer service, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Manage reservations and update booking systems as needed
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready
Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Assist property owners with requests and property-related inquiries
Follow established operating procedures and company standards
Open and close the front desk, including secure cash handling and reporting

What You Bring

A positive, professional attitude and strong team mindset
Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an asset)
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Basic administrative or office experience preferred
A valid Canadian work permit (if applicable)
