What you will be doing as a Cafe Staff

Our Cafe Staff prepare and cook meals and finesse their latte art while serving up our customers their caffeine fix in a welcoming and professional manner. They handle payments and ensure balances are accurate. Plus, they are another resource for sharing knowledge about Whistler with our guests. Calling all coffee nerds and foodies!

What we look for

You’ll need some previous cooking and barista experience; we’ll train you up as it’s not rocket science, but some previous experience is an asset

You’ll need to bring your positive energy and humour to work every day, because as well as working with teammates you’ll also be dealing with our guests directly.
