Full job description

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy leading a team to create a welcoming, spotless environment? We’re looking for a Cleaning Team Lead to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests and residents.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver top-quality cleaning and service.
Train, motivate, and lead housekeepers to meet company standards.
Inspect client spaces, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene guidelines.
Assign daily tasks, and manage daily operations.
Handle supplies and inventory needed for the day ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Report and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
Clean along side the team. This is a hands on field position.

What We’re Looking For:

English skills (spoken and written).
Valid work permit to be employed in Canada.
Previous experience in housekeeping (3+ years), preferably in hospitality.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed.
Drivers license and ability to drive.
