As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help fuel our outbound sales engine by generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Your primary goal is to identify qualified facility and operations leaders, start meaningful conversations, and schedule discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and wants to develop a career in B2B SaaS sales.
What You'll DoOutbound Prospecting
- Conduct 120–150 outbound calls daily
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns
- Build and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Consistently build a healthy sales pipeline
Meeting Generation
- Qualify prospective customers
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Ensure prospects are well-prepared before handoff
- Maintain high meeting attendance and quality
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Keep HubSpot updated with accurate notes and activities
- Maintain clean prospect records
- Track outreach performance and pipeline progression
- Follow established sales processes and playbooks
Collaboration
- Work closely with your Account Executive and Marketing team
- Share customer feedback and objections
- Help improve outbound messaging and sales processes
Success Metrics
Success in this role is measured by consistency and results.

QualificationsRequired
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
Preferred
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling B2B software
- Experience selling into Facilities, Operations, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management
- Familiarity with Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, RocketReach, or similar sales tools

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary is $36,000
- Uncapped commission
