Night Auditor at Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa

Are you a night owl with exceptional organizational and customer service skills? Do you thrive in a role that combines hospitality with accounting precision? Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa, a stunning retreat in Whistler, is seeking a dedicated and professional Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the heart of our overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate financial reconciliation. From greeting late-night arrivals to auditing daily revenues, your role will be vital in upholding the exceptional standards of Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and reconcile daily revenue across Hotel, Spa, and Food & Beverage departments.
Welcome late-night arrivals and assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
Conduct security rounds to ensure guest and staff safety.
Handle reservations, special requests, and provide local information.
Act as an ambassador for Nita Lake Lodge Resort & Spa and Whistler.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter, capable of working independently.
Hospitality or cash handling experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends.
