Hours of Work: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)

Role Summary:

The Customer Service Administrator will provide support to Chieftain’s Administrative team by performing clerical and administrative functions relating to day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter new clients and applicable information accurately into all systems
Maintain records and edit client information as requested
Manage walk in, phone, and e-mail traffic of customer service inquiries
Coordinate with other departments based on customer inquiries
Process cash, cheques, or electronic payments and batch out each day
Assist with labour tasks around the yard
Loading/unloading fuel trucks

Must haves:

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

Administration or Finance education
Forklift skills
