Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
Maintain cleanliness of fixtures, furniture, and equipment according to established standards.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed to management.
Follow cleaning schedules and procedures diligently to ensure consistent quality across all areas.
Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and safety protocols.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers safely.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
