Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales. This role involves supporting online presence, and providing exceptional service to clients. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic sales management and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales efforts to attract new clients and retain existing customers
Conduct sales activities to develop partnerships and business opportunities
Assist customers through the purchasing process, providing detailed product information and options
Support marketing campaigns by promoting products and services through various channels
Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance

Requirements

Strong, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing deals
Drivers License
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and follow-ups
Willing to learn marketing strategies and sales support techniques
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for engaging clients professionally
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
