Compensation $95,000.00 CAD to $142,800.00 CAD based on experience.
Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive, payout is based on company and individual performance.

Position Summary
The Refinery Superintendent is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of refinery operations at the Windsor Processing Plant. This includes day-to-day management, long-term strategic planning, safety and environmental stewardship, and team development. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production

Lead refinery operations for soybean and canola oil processing, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production.

Drive performance excellence initiatives and continuous improvement across all departments.

Develop and implement operational procedures, training programs, and capital improvement plans.

Maintain cost controls and oversee departmental budgets.

Collaborate with Extraction Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendent, Plant Manager, and other site leaders.
Leadership & People Development

Build and lead a high-performance team through coaching, training, and accountability.

Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-first work environment.

Manage personnel in a unionized environment with fairness and consistency.
Safety, Environmental & Food Safety
