Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves performing a variety of construction and handyman tasks to support ongoing projects and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools and building techniques, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship across all assignments.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out construction, carpentry, and repair tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to execute work accurately
Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Apply caulking, sealing, and other finishing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
Conduct general handyman duties including repairs, installations, and maintenance across various sites
Assist with project setup, cleanup, and material organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles with hands-on familiarity with tools and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work preferred
Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and tool use
Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is essential
Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environmental conditions
