About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience and a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and brand management.

This is an on-site position requiring collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
Develop and manage marketing content, including newsletters, website updates, promotional materials, and social media posts.
Maintain and update company websites and digital marketing assets.
Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely project delivery.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage marketing inventories, promotional materials, and departmental administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant professional marketing experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.

Preferred Skills

Experience coordinating B2B and/or B2C marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
Experience creating marketing reports and analyzing campaign performance.
