Rehab First Inc. is currently seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Regional Manager in the Windsor area to support our growing client base through community-based service delivery. Rehab First is one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, with a growing team of approximately 120 professionals specializing in a variety of disciplines. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and promote effectiveness of team members
- Foster and cultivate referral relationships with the medical community, lawyers and employers
- Ensure referral partners are satisfied with service levels
- Adhere to qualitative, quantitative and financial objectives and budgets
- Contribute to annual regional planning and budgeting in conjunction with the Regional Director
- Logical decision making skills and active participation on matters benefiting from personal expertise and experience
- Ability to effectively work with diverse client populations
- Participate in the management team at Rehab First Inc. and engage in management meetings
- Ensure high-quality assessments and treatments are consistently delivered by the clinicians within their team
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent + valid registration with the COTO
- Demonstrated knowledge of best rehabilitation and case management principles
- Strong leadership skills and at least two years of managerial experience in a consultative health services environment preferred
- Clinical experience with traumatic brain injury considered an asset
- Strategic, innovative, and creative approach to challenges and opportunities
- Excellent time management skills and collaborative mindset
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
