Job Type: Permanent Full Time (35 Hours/Week)

Pay Range: Starting at $125,000

What You Will Do:
Business Leadership & Growth:
- Build strong relationships with Managing Partners, branch managers, producers, service teams, and regional leaders across the branch network.
- Act as the bridge between branches and corporate/head office.
- Influence Managing Partners and branch leaders through coaching and best practices to achieve performance-based targets.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and consistent behaviours across the branch network and regional leadership team.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders, branch teams, market partners, and senior leadership.
Sales & Business Development:
- Support branch growth, retention, client experience, and operational consistency across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and local referral networks.
- Partner with markets to support quality business, share relevant insights, and strengthen connections with Managing Partners to drive profitable growth.
- Conduct regular branch visits within the designated territory to provide support, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities.
- Researching and gaining market access.
Operations & Management:
- Help branches work through day-to-day challenges, including staffing, workflows, carrier relationships, service concerns, escalations, and performance gaps.
- Roll out new initiatives, processes, systems, and business strategies across branches
- Monitor key performance metrics.
- Maintain regular communication with Managing Partners and the branch network to share updates, performance insights, data, and practical best practices.
Compliance & Professional Standards:
- Ensure compliance with RIBO regulations, internal policies, and applicable industry standards.
- Support branches in maintaining strong professional standards, documentation practices, established workflows, and RIBO compliance requirements.
- Identify areas where additional training, coaching, or resources may be required to support branch performance and professional standards.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage, branch leadership, business development, or regional support capacity.
- RIBO license required, with strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products, brokerage operations, and market relationships.
- Proven experience building strong relationships with branch leaders, Managing Partners, producers, market partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, influencing, and supporting leaders to drive growth, retention, profitability, and operational consistency.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and ability to use data and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve business results.
