Our client is a Windsor-based manufacturing and fabrication organization supporting industrial and automation-related projects. The environment is structured, with planned work and a strong focus on quality and execution.
This is a fit-up focused fabrication role, not a welding-only position.
If you can build from print, take ownership of layout and fit-up, and ensure assemblies are correct before welding, this could be a strong fit.
This role requires strong print reading, layout accuracy, and the ability to build assemblies to specification with minimal supervision.
You will be expected to work from print and take assemblies from layout through fit-up and final weld with a high level of accuracy.
