Teeswater Concrete is a family-owned full service ready-mix concrete and aggregate supplier with locations in Arthur, Brunner, Brussels, Clinton, Forest, Hanover, Sarnia, Teeswater, Tiverton and Wallaceburg Ontario. Teeswater Concrete has proudly been serving Southwestern Ontario for over 45 years. We deliver quality concrete and aggregate to the agricultural, commercial, energy, and residential sectors.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance & Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships while supporting maintenance operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our plant and fleet have the parts, materials, and services needed to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Source, purchase, and track parts, materials, and supplies for plant operations and fleet maintenance
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical parts and consumables are stocked
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to anticipate needs and reduce downtime
Track and control costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency
Assist with scheduling external service providers and contractors as needed
Support basic maintenance coordination and reporting

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (industrial or construction environment preferred)
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with heavy equipment/plant operations is an asset
Proficient with computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
