Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Server/Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety and quality. Duties

Serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and dining areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
Support bartending duties and serving beverages when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Knowledge of food handling practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
At least 18 years of age
Maintains a current Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service permit
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and some holidays
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
Must be able to lift and maneuver trays of food and/or drinks frequently over extended periods of time
Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
Must be able to work unsupervised
May require Criminal Record Check
Must be able to follow direction and ask clarifying questions if required
