What You'll Be Doing
- Building and scaling AI-native software systems
- Architecting SaaS products and internal platforms
- Using AI-assisted coding workflows daily
- Working with:
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- VS Code
- AI copilots and agent workflows
- Improving production reliability and scalability
- Collaborating directly with the founder on product direction and technical strategy
- Setting technical standards and best practices
- Solving high-level engineering and infrastructure challenges
The Role
We are hiring one elite Senior AI Software Developer to work directly with the founder across multiple SaaS products and AI systems.
This is not a ticket-queue developer role.
You’ll help architect, build, and scale real products while operating as a technical right hand inside a fast-moving environment.
You won’t wait for permission or endless approvals. You’ll identify problems, build solutions, and own outcomes.
