Vickar Community Chevrolet is looking to fill the position of Delivery Coordinator who, under the direction of the Sales Management Team, will be responsible for the final touch that makes every vehicle delivery unforgettable.

We’re looking for a detail-driven individual who loves bringing people, processes, and plans together, right down to the final handoff. If you thrive on organization, teamwork, and creating standout customer experiences, this role puts you right in the driver’s seat.

What You’ll Do

As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring every customer drives away confident and excited. Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Service, you’ll ensure all documentation, vehicle preparation, and customer requirements are completed seamlessly before delivery.

You will play a vital role in:

Coordinating vehicle readiness and delivery timelines
Ensure the customer is Connected and comfortable with their vehicle
Creating a professional, positive, and memorable delivery experience
Supporting dealership efficiency and strong brand presentation
