Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Room Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure Residents have a memorable dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet Residents warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring resident comfort
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, including serving or kitchen experience
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members

Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
