Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation within our office, particularly in a hospitality setting.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using effective phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries using QuickBooks or similar software.
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide support to other staff as needed, ensuring a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong phone systems knowledge with excellent phone etiquette skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks.
Exceptional customer support skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
