Join One of Manitoba's Leading Security & Life Safety Integrators
SI Alarms has been protecting people, property, and businesses across Manitoba for over 25 years. We design, install, and support integrated technology solutions including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, nurse call, intercom, paging, VoIP communications, and life safety systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, government, and multi-family customers.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a technically skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT, networking, and systems administration background who enjoys working with technology in the real world. Rather than focusing on cabling and hardware installation, this position is responsible for configuring, commissioning, securing, and supporting the systems that power our customers' facilities.

- Configure remote access and secure connectivity solutions
- Perform firmware upgrades, software updates, and system maintenance
- Conduct customer training and provide technical documentation
- Assist project managers and technical teams during project delivery
- Support complex service calls and advanced troubleshooting initiatives
This position is approximately 70% technical systems configuration and commissioning and 30% customer-facing training, support, and troubleshooting.
