We're Adovate Agency, a results-driven digital marketing agency based in Winnipeg, MB. We're looking for a Meta Ads Strategist who lives and breathes paid social, knows how to turn ad spend into real revenue, and brings genuine energy to client relationships.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Winnipeg, MB. You'll work from home most of the time, but you'll come into the office on occasion and join us for in-person client ad shoots. You must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Winnipeg area.
You'll also be a key client-facing person on our team. Personable, professional, and the kind of person clients actually enjoy talking to. If you obsess over ad performance, love testing and iterating, and are curious about where AI fits into the future of marketing, keep reading.
The AI enthusiasm is a bonus, not a requirement. But if you're the type who's already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Manus in your workflow, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do Paid Advertising:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across client accounts
- Monitor performance daily — adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve results
- Build and manage campaigns in Go High Level (GHL), including funnel integrations
AI & Automation:
- Become our internal expert on our AI SMS agent. Mastering setup, workflows, and optimization
- Stay on top of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) and find ways to apply them to client work
- Help the team adopt AI-powered workflows for copy, research, reporting, and outreach
- Identify and document emerging AI tools that give our clients a competitive edge
Reporting & Client Communication:
- Build clear, client-facing performance reports that go beyond vanity metrics
- Communicate proactively with clients on wins, updates, and next steps
- Maintain organized dashboards for internal and client use

Required:
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Solid grasp of paid media fundamentals. Targeting, bidding, conversion tracking, funnel alignment
- Comfortable reading data and making decisions based on performance
- Clear communicator, written and verbal, for client-facing work
- Self-directed and organized working remotely across multiple accounts
Bonus if you have:
- Go High Level (GHL) experience, funnels, automations, CRM
- Hands-on use of AI tools and genuine enthusiasm about what's coming next
- Familiarity with AI SMS or conversational agents
- Videography experience or your own camera (nice to have, not required)
