Lifestyle Director (Sales/Marketing)

Term contract 6 months

River Ridge II Retirement Home located in Winnipeg; Manitoba is currently seeking an individual for Lifestyle Director (Sales/Marketing).

Our marketing, communication and sales team is made up of driven, passionate and resourceful individuals who cultivate meaningful relationships. Made up of overachievers and networking experts, they take excellent customer service to the next level. Their end goal remains unchanged - making each prospective resident’s experience with us nothing short of exceptional.

The role is an exceptional opportunity for an enterprising, self-directed Sales professional who brings demonstrated experience in sales, a sense of urgency and a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with seniors.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Support seniors and adult children in making informed choices through consultative selling
Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets
Manage telephone inquiries and convert to personal visit bookings
Host tours, manage follow‑ups, and finalize sales with lease signings
Track CRM sales activity and analyze reports to identify community‑specific trends
Create, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic networking partnerships with the local healthcare community and within the community at large
Build a qualified lead database and grow a strong portfolio of community partnerships
Develop, promote, and implement marketing plans and events
Assist individuals and their families in navigating their care by providing support options for memory are, dementia care, and services etc.
This position presents an exciting opportunity to adapt responsibilities while working collaboratively as part of the team while maintaining the core responsibilities. This flexibility adds the potential for engaging challenges and possibilities of incorporating new dimensions into the role overtime, making it a truly dynamic and rewarding experience
