Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Slinger Truck Operator to join our team for local aggregate delivery. This role involves operating heavy-duty equipment to safely and efficiently deliver materials to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and possess a strong safety mindset. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, precision, and timely service.

Duties

Operate slinger trucks and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and deliver aggregate materials accurately.
Safely maneuver trucks within construction sites, warehouses, and delivery locations.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment, including minor automotive repairs when necessary.
Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations during operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Experience

Prior experience with commercial driving, including knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
Familiarity with automotive repair or basic mechanical troubleshooting is a plus.
Ability to operate heavy machinery such as loaders is desirable.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and material handling.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) mandatory; relevant certifications are advantageous.

This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, efficiency, and quality service delivery in the aggregate industry.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
