Full job description

Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our team, working across telecommunications and network infrastructure. If you have a strong background in telecom and equipment operation — including bucket truck experience — you’ll feel right at home here.

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of projects involving Fiber, Hardline, and network cabling, all while helping maintain and upgrade essential communication and electrical systems in a range of environments. Important Note About Travel
The majority of our job sites are located in rural areas throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This position requires regular travel and extended shifts away from home. Candidates must be fully comfortable with out‑of‑town work as it is a core part of the job.

Responsibilities

Operate bucket trucks safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas for installation and maintenance tasks
Install, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunication systems, including Fiber and hardline Coax infrastructure
Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance
Assist in the installation and operation of bucket equipment for various projects
Follow all safety protocols during equipment operation and system maintenance activities
Document work performed accurately and report progress or issues to supervisors

Qualifications

Must have experience with Fiber optic Builds and designs
Knowledge of low voltage wiring, WAN networks, telephony systems, and related hardware
Familiarity with telecommunication standards and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work at heights using bucket trucks or scaffolding safely
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
