Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk of our facility. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, making your role crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and assist client and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle clients inquiries efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate records and information management.
Maintain organized records, both physical and digital, refill stations to support salon operations. Clean pedicure/ manicure station, set up stations while aesthetician are occupied.
Collaborate with aestheticians to ensure seamless communication regarding client needs.

Experience

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
