Account Manager/ Recruiter- Permanent

What you will be doing :

Manage the end-to-end process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing. Ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all applicants from first contact to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key hiring metrics.
Staffing and recruiting temporary workers (Construction and General Labour positions)
Scheduling, dispatching and on boarding
Utilizing our applicant system efficiently to reach targets.
Administrative work, Quoting with comp codes, Accounts receivable.
Ensure that all job orders have been sent for posting approval in a timely manner.
Complete New Orders forms when required.
Ensure all schedules are updated within 1 hour and cleaned up bi-weekly.
Ensure that the recruitment open order list is always up to date.
Facilitate and execute any email blasts for jobs and other information.
Ensure clients’ communication is updated on their orders (whether that is daily or weekly) which includes weekly follow-up to ensure all orders are open and to gain new orders.
Other duties as assigned.

What you should have:

2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience using ATS (Avionte is an asset)
Experience recruiting in construction on General Labour roles is an asset
Previous experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role is an asset
Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid Administrative, organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Ability to prioritize tasks.

In Return, You Will Receive:

$55,000-$65,000 based on experience
3 weeks vacation

Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
