About the Role
We are seeking General Practitioners (GPs) to join our team for house call and telemedicine visits. As a physician with Winnipeg Doctor House Calls, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in their homes or via telemedicine.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
- Eligible to practice in Manitoba
- Experience with Accuro EMR (an asset, but not required)
- Strong understanding of cultural diversity, social determinants of health, and accessibility barriers in patient care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
