As a Caregiver/Home Support Worker/Personal Support Worker, you play a vital role in someone’s daily life. You help clients feel safe, respected, and supported while maintaining their independence and quality of life. Your presence, reliability, and care truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide person-centered care based on individual care plans, including:

Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
Meal preparation and assistance
Light housekeeping and laundry
Grocery shopping and errands
Companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders
Overnight or respite care for families
Patient attendant services in hospitals or facilities
Accurate documentation using digital care systems
Reporting changes in client condition or safety concerns

What You Bring

Previous caregiving or personal care experience
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and people skills
Comfort using basic digital tools for scheduling and care notes
A respectful, ethical, and dependable approach to care
