Job Overview
KG Plumbing Inc. (KGP) is looking to hire a Journeyman Plumber in the Saint John River Valley region. Located in Woodstock, NB, KGP works on new construction as well as service and maintenance work, in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems
- Install, repair and maintain residential and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Install and thread pipe
- Caulk fixtures
- In general, all aspects pertaining to residential & commercial plumbing
Requirements
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Clean criminal record
- Must have your own handtools
- Maintain a clean workplace
- Work well alone or with others
- Willing to do some travel
- Back flow testing license would be considered an asset
Compensation
- Hourly wage range of $29-35 based on experience.
- Comprehensive Group Health Plan that includes medical, dental, vision care.
