Full job description

Rodd Grand Yarmouth is seeking a professional, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating positive guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience
Accurately take and process guest orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations when appropriate
Assist with food service by running meals and supporting team members to ensure efficient service
Address guest concerns professionally and work with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Key Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with guests
Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
Strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
Comfortable discussing menu items and sharing recommendations for food and beverages
Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is considered an asset
