Full job description

This position, the laborer cleaner, will have to perform a various janitorial duties, manual labor tasks and also perform duties in our clean team division such as car detailing, carpet cleaning, hood cleaning, etc. At this position you may work on different sites and crews doing a variety of jobs that require several skilled in different areas.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to

Provide up to date communication and photos to management of job site status
Maintain inventory of material used on job sites
Extract water using truck mounts and portable pumps
Assist in determination of non-restorable building components
Assist with demolition of non-restorable material
Assist with rebuild department under head carpenter
Set up drying equipment as per established procedures
Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required
Work within an On Call rotation for afterhours emergencies

Qualifications

Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
Superior customer service skills and professionalism with clients

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Able to work alone or with minimal supervision
Able to lift 50 – 100 pounds
Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
Safe use of power tools and hand tools
